site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways
different from what is disclosed in this statement. Lankaproposals.lk
collects information from registered members at several points.
Account Registration
Every users, Who would like to post personal or matrimonial profiles, should
register for an account with a valid e-mail, which will be varied during the
registration process. Lankaproposals.lk, expects the users give their actual
names and contact numbers at this level.
Protected Information
Highly sensitive information like your email address, password can be hidden
from all users buy setting it to “Protected”, This information can be disclosed
to any registered member with minimum one profile, upon request from that member
via a request. Upon sending the request he or she agrees to disclose the same
information to you only after your approval. Any information marked as protected
will not be disclosed to any user without your approval.
Use of In-built Messaging System
Members are encouraged to send messages using this system. This will enable
registered customers with minimum one profile will be able to send anonymous
messages to any profile owners indicating their interest and they would get
replies via the same system. This prevents the contact information displayed
Public/ Private.
All such communication is logged in to the system and Lankaproposals.lk,
reserved the rights to check the messages for abuse only on a complaint by any
registered member.
All posted messages older than 180 days will be removed from the
log irrespective of whether it is read or not.
Paid Services and Refunds
Lankaproposals.lk reserves the rights to charge a nominal fee for any services
offered by this portal anytime. If the customer is found violating our Terms of
Service his account with us will be terminated and NO refunds will be made.
Refunds will be made only when any transactions occurred due to system
malfunction.
Login Logs
You IP address along with date and time is logged into the system at the time of
registration and each and every time user logs in. We would use this information
only for any investigation that may arise due to member misconduct.
Visitor Logs
We will log IP address of all visitors of this site and use such information for
analysis, we would share this information with our partners and advertisers.
These IP addresses will not have any user information.
